Only 8% of our district has a household income over 200%.  - Our housing units sit around 106K, with an average value of $252K for owner-occupied housing. Owner-occupied housing only accounts for 61% of housing units - renting is big here.  - 37% of residents have a bachelor's degree or higher. - 14% of our population is foreign born, about down the average rate in Michigan - meaning we have a rich immigrant population.  **What does all of this mean? It means you need someone who understands your life to represent you. It doesn't matter if your life isn't better.
